rÄ anmÄrwi ÄÃ± pÄ“xa is a locative phrase designating the location of the scattering. anmÄrwi means “world” and ÄÃ± in rÄ anmÄrwi ÄÃ± means among or throughout. pÄ“xa modifying ÄÃ± adds the meaning “far” so “far throughout”.
